Guest Review: My stay at the hotel was a bit unpleasant due to some issues with the hotel’s facilities. First, I wanted to take a shower, but there was no water coming from the tap. I called to report it, and the front desk told me they would send someone immediately. There was a long delay and nobody came, so I decided to take a shower at the hotel’s gym. When I came there, there was no water there either!  I then decided to use the pool. When I came to the pool,  it was under repair. I was very angry, so I wanted to talk to the manager. I asked the manager for a discount and told her that there is no water in my room, and nobody came to repair it! The manager apologized for the inconvenience and said that there was a big emergency with the water pipe and they had to cut off water at the hotel for a few hours. She said that all the maintenance were busy because they needed to prevent the flood. She offered me a complimentary massage at the hotel’s spa, so I could relax while waiting for the water to come back. The massage was very nice.
