Learning Experience Design (LXD) is characterized by two qualities: it is learner-centered and it uses multimedia and cutting-edge technology to create educational content. LXD borrows ideas from instructional and human-centered design.

Step I: Understand Learners' Needs

To build the most effective solutions, we interview you (and sometimes your learners) to gather information about their learning styles and preferences. Through this unique process, we empathize and research to make our creations match your company’s unique learning needs!

Step II: Define Learning Goals

Having identified your needs, we move on to design the learning goals for your project. Throughout this step, we are also actively working with your content experts to ensure the full match between the goals we define and your training expectations.

Step III: Develop Course Identity

When the learning goals are specified and approved, we create a project identity document where we specify the branding and content. We work together with your content and brand experts to draft e-learning that will resonate with your learners.

Step IV: Build E-learning Prototype

After approving the course identity, we move on to build the first e-learning prototype. This isn’t the final copy but the draft of the project that we show you to confirm make sure our ideas align with your learning vision.

Step V: Test the Prototype

We continuously test and adjust our e-learning to ensure effectiveness and engagement. Having received positive test results, we finalize the content and design and submit our work. We supply your digital learning in HTML5 or SCORM 1.2 formats.
